For RoHS component testing Liberty utilizes an XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) tester manufactured by Innov-X Systems. This system automatically identifies coatings and base metals to determine the alloy or element makeup of the material. It quickly determines a definitive positive or negative classification of all RoHS elements providing a pass or fail classification. A complete list of all materials detected along with their individual percentage of the total make up is provided with the test result.
